Some of the most colorful legends in the Pass are due to the prohibition of 1916 - 1923, when liquor was illegally brought across the provincial border from British Columbia.

Come and join us for our annual Rum Runner Days & Thunder in the Valley as we celebrate the deep rooted history, culture and heritage of the Crowsnest Pass and its people.
